Children’s Health Class at the Beach
Class Description
At the beach, join a group class with other children that will focus on various activities, such as animal shapes, mindfulness and mindsets, drawing and writing in journals, breathing tools, and social - emotional skills. This class will be outside and will include a daily game, journal, and activity!
Time: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Location: Santa Monica Bay, Pacific Palisade and Santa Monica Beaches
Note: Details about the day’s class location will be sent with a class RSVP
What to Bring: Sunblock, water and other drinks, snacks, towel, and mat
Note: A mat is great to have but optional!
Themes: Social - emotional skills, mindfulness and mindsets, individual and group communications, outdoor activities, drawing and writing in journals
